Cash on delivery is not available, as each product is custom-made specifically for you. Payment in advance allows us to start production immediately and helps minimize the risk of unclaimed shipments.
Delivery
Your fabric blind is made to measure within 5–7 business days. Delivery by courier (Top Trans) typically takes an additional 2–3 business days, depending on the carrier. In most cases, your blinds will arrive within 7–10 days from the order date.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery. All blinds are carefully packaged and insured against damage during transport.
Checking your delivery
We recommend inspecting the package upon delivery in the presence of the courier. If the packaging is damaged or the product shows visible damage, please report it immediately with the courier and complete a damage report.
Any transport damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery for the claim to be accepted by the carrier.
If you notice damage after unpacking, please contact us as soon as possible via email and include photos of both the packaging and the product. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
