Complaints & Returns

 

Our products are made to order according to each customer’s specifications and undergo thorough quality control.

However, in rare cases, a defect may occur.

 

How to proceed with a complaint:

  • Please inspect the product immediately upon delivery. If you identify any defect, inform us as soon as possible – ideally by email at info@accublind.cz
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective product.
  • We will contact you within a few working days with a proposed solution.

 

Important information:

  • Consumers are entitled to a standard 24-month warranty period from the date of delivery.
  • Business customers are required to report any defects within 3 days of delivery.
  • Complaints will not be accepted in cases of damage caused by improper installation, use contrary to the instructions, or mechanical damage.
  • Minor variations in dimensions, color shade, or appearance that do not affect the product’s functionality are not considered valid reasons for a complaint.

 

Complaints are typically processed within 30 days.

 

Notice: According to Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code, custom-made products cannot be returned.
