Complaints

Our products are custom-made according to each customer’s specifications and are subjected to careful final inspection. However, it can occasionally happen that a defect occurs.

 

How to file a complaint:

  • Check the goods immediately upon delivery. If you discover a defect, inform us as soon as possible—ideally by email at info@accublind.cz.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective product.
  • We will contact you within a few working days with a proposed solution.

 

Important information:

  • Consumers have a standard period of 24 months from receipt of goods to file a complaint.
  • Business customers are required to report defects no later than 3 days after delivery.
  • Complaints will not be accepted in cases of damage caused by improper installation, use contrary to the instructions, or mechanical damage.
  • Minor deviations in dimensions, shades, or appearance that do not affect the functionality of the product are not grounds for complaint.

 

Complaints are usually processed within 30 days.

 

Note: According to § 1837 of the Civil Code, custom-made goods cannot be returned.
